Step 1

Mix crushed hot chili peppers with honey and set aside

Step 2

Lay six slices of bread on a cutting board

Step 3

Spread chili honey mixture on one side of each piece of bread

Step 4

Slice up brie and add even amount to 3 pieces of bread

Step 5

Top brie with 3 slices of Turkey on three slices of bread

Step 6

Mash avocado in a bowl and top the turkey

Step 7

Add second piece of bread to make 3 sandwiches

Step 8

Heat oil in a cast iron frying pan on medium high heat

Step 9

Add the sandwiches one at a time to not over crowd the pan. Fry on each side until golden brown and Brie is melted but not too runny. A couple of minutes per side

Step 10

Cut and serve immediately. Enjoy.
