In a medium bowl mash up the avocado to your desired level of smoothness. We like it a lil chunky but you do you. Add in the lime and additional juices and stir. Now fold in the peppers, onion, and cilantro, starting with the smaller amounts and tasting as you go to figure out if you like want more. We like it with all the maximum measurements but we're not at your party so this decision is all on you. We only add the the tomatoes about 50% of the time, same with the cumin, so do whatever you're feeling. Add a pinch of salt and stir it all around then taste. If you're serving this with salted chips, taste it with one of em so your guac doesn't end up salty as hell.Serve right away or keep in the fridge for a couple hours covered tightly. Serve the same day.
