Step 1
Prepare all ingredients as indicated and combine them in a bowl. Reserve the lemon juice on the side.
Step 2
Transfer all ingredients to a blender and using a tamper, blend starting at a slow speed. Slowly increase the speed as the sauce becomes smooth and velvety. Blend for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the lime juice towards the end of the blending time. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
Step 4
Transfer to an air-tight container and store in the fridge for 5 days for maximum freshness.
