1 To make the guava syrup: In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the guava juice and sugar. Bring to a low boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook until the syrup has reduced to ½ cup, 4 minutes. 2 Transfer the syrup to a resealable heatproof container and let cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to overnight. Leftover syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. 3 Place a coupe glass in the freezer at least 15 minutes before making the cocktail. 4 To make one cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the gin, guava syrup, and lime juice. Shake until chilled through, 30 seconds. 5 Pour the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass. Garnish with the lime wedge. Enjoy!
