Step 1

Rim the glass with sugar, if using

Step 2

In your shaker, combine dark rum, mango rum, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and grenadine (if using).

Step 3

Fill the shaker with ice.

Step 4

Shake well and pour into martini glasses or serve over ice in low ball/whisky glasses.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh pineapple or mango.
