Step 1
Cut each block of haloumi into 8 pieces. Place the flour, egg and breadcrumbs in 3 separate bowls. Lightly dust each piece of haloumi in the flour, shaking off excess. Coat in the egg and then coat in breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Preheat an airfryer to 200C for 2 minutes. Place crumbed haloumi in air fryer basket. Spray with oil. Cook for 12 minutes until golden and the haloumi is melted. Whilst haloumi is hot, toss with honey and thyme leaves. Serve with lemon wedges.
