Preheat oven to 400°F*. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

On a lightly floured work surface, roll the puff pastry dough into a 9×12-inch rectangle.

Evenly place the ham slices on the dough, leaving about a ¼-inch border of dough on the long edge. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top of the ham.
Step 4
Brush the empty border of the dough with water. Roll the dough into a tight log, starting on the long edge. Press gently along the edge to seal it.
Step 5
Using a sharp knife, carefully slice into 12 equal pieces. Place onto the lined baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake for 28-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
Step 7
Brush melted butter over the baked pinwheels. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
