Step 1

Add ham to the bowl of a food processor and chop until the ham is in small chunks. You don't want the ham to become a paste but you want it to be small.

Step 2

Add all your ingredients, plus the ham, to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Step 3

Serve cold on a sandwich, with crackers, or scooped onto a leafy green salad.
