Ham Turkey and Cheese Pastry Scrolls

Step 1

HEAT oven to 400 F.

Step 2

ROLL out the puff pastry on a floured work surface, to about 9”x12”

Step 3

SPREAD the grainy mustard onto the pastry

Step 4

LAYER on the cheese and deli turkey and ham meat

Step 5

ROLL it up lengthwise, and cut into 12 equal portions

Step 6

PLACE them cut-side down on baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes

Step 7

BRUSH with egg mixture

Step 8

BAKE for 17-20 minutes, until golden brown
