Step 1
Place your eggs in a pot of cool water and cover completely by 1 inch or so. Add a pinch of salt and cover with a lid.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil on high heat. Once it has reached a boil, reduce heat to medium-high heat and boil for 6-7 minutes.
Step 3
When done, remove eggs from pot and put in a bowl of ice water for a few minutes.
Step 4
Shell your eggs and ENJOY!
