Step 1
Place the eggs in the holes of the egg rack or into a steamer basket. Lower the egg rack or steamer into the cooker. If using a steamer basket, do not use a trivet with it.
Step 2
Add the water to the cooker to reach at least halfway up the side of the eggs. Close and lock the lid.
Step 3
For electric pressure cookers or multi-cookers, pressure cook on HIGH for 9 minutes.
Step 4
For stovetop pressure cookers, pressure cook on HIGH for 6 minutes.
Step 5
Once the cooking time is done, release the pressure and open the lid.
Step 6
Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 3 minutes. Once they are cooled to your liking you can peel and enjoy!
