Name: Hatch Chile Cream Corn Recipe

Ingredients: 4 ears Fresh corn on the cob. (Shave the corn off of the cob.); 3 Hatch chiles diced.; 4 oz Cream cheese.; 1/2 cup Heavy cream.; 2 oz Butter.; 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning.

HATCH CHILE GRIDDLE CREAM CORN RECIPE on the Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle!  It&#039;s Hatch Chile season and we&#039;re taking advantage.  Mixing in these amazing chilies with some fresh corn to make the best creamed corn you&#039;ve ever tried!

Hatch Chile Cream Corn Recipe

Fresh corn on the cob. (Shave the corn off of the cob.)

Hatch chiles diced.

oz Cream cheese.

Heavy cream.

oz Butter.

tbsp Cajun seasoning.

Sauté corn and chiles in butter, on med heat for 5-6 minutes.

Add cream and cream cheese, mix thoroughly to combine.

Shake seasoning over corn mix to taste.

Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
