Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Peel the broccoli stems to completely remove the tough outer edge

Step 4

Cut into "French fry" shapes and set aside

Step 5

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with the flour, the second with the almond milk and the third with the breadcrumbs

Step 6

Season the breadcrumbs with salt

Step 7

Working with one piece of broccoli at a time, coat with the flour, then the almond milk

Step 8

Repeat once more before coating with the breadcrumbs

Step 9

Transfer to the baking sheet and repeat with the remaining pieces of broccoli

Step 10

Bake until crispy, 15 to 20 minutes

Step 11

Season with salt to taste and serve with dipping sauce
