Step 1

Classic Avocado Toast: Scoop avocado into a bowl and mash together with lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper. Spread onto toasted bread.

Step 2

Pico de Gallo Avocado Toast: Cut avocado into cubes. In a bowl, toss together avocado, pico de gallo, salt, and pepper. Spoon onto toasted bread.

Step 3

Goat Cheese and Chives Avocado Toast: Spoon avocado onto toast and mash with a fork. Top with sliced radishes, goat cheese, chives, salt, and pepper.

Everything Bagel Avocado Toast: Thinly slice avocado, then arrange onto toasted bread. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Step 5

Avocado Toast with Egg: Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until white is completely set and yolk is still a bit runny. Scoop avocado onto toast and mash with a fork, then top each pice with a cooked egg. Season with salt and pepper.
