Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2
Prepare bread pan by greasing the bottom and sides with olive oil or butter.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, stir together oat flour, cinnamon, all-spice and baking powder.
Step 4
Add bananas, honey, vanilla extract.
Step 5
Add mixture to bread pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
If desired: Top with vanilla frosting.
