Export 10 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Cover the dry ingredients (oats, hazelnut meal, sunflower seeds, currants, cinnamon) in the milk of your choice, sweetener and the natural yoghurt (or whey).
Step 2
Stir it and soak, preferably overnight, at a cool room temperature or in the fridge.
Step 3
Wake up and grate the apple into the soaked oat mix. Stir well.
Step 4
If apples are not in season, add berries or any preferred fruit.
Step 5
Top with chopped nuts and enjoy.
Step 6
You can serve with extra yoghurt, a little sweetener or more fresh fruit if you think it needs it.
