Place the ground pork in a large bowl. Mix all the spices together in a small bowl before adding them to the pork. Use your hands to combine.

Shape into equal sized patties. A cookie scoop helps with dividing the meat evenly.

Step 3

Heat oil in a large skillet and cook the patties in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes and until the internal temp reaches 165F.

Step 4

Drain on a paper towel and serve warm.

**If baking in the oven, preheat to 425F. Place the patties on a parchment lined baking sheet and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the internal temp is 165F**
