Step 1

This dish can be eaten as a salad by just mixing the grated carrot and coconut. OR

Step 2

Stir fry or steam the grated carrot until softened. Alternatively microwave them until just softened (I used microwave method).

Step 3

Mix the coconut powder with turmeric and salt.

Step 4

Add this coconut mix to the softened carrot and stir fry or microwave for 1 more minute.

Step 5

Enjoy this salad!
