Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour ⅛ cup portions of batter on the pan.
Step 4
Cook until bubbles appear and the bottom of the pancakes or have a golden, brown color on the edges. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Step 5
Repeat the process with the rest of the pancake batter.
Step 6
Serve pancakes immediately with some berries, bananas or maple syrup on top.
