Step 1

Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sliced apple-smoked chicken sausage.

Step 2

Cook sausage for 5 minutes, flipping frequently.

Step 3

Reduce heat to medium. Add diced zucchini, onion and bell pepper. Cook and stir until the onion is translucent and peppers and zucchini are tender, about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add the spinach, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Stir and cook for an additional 2 minute, until spinach is wilted.

Step 5

Serve and enjoy!
