Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl - the oatmeal, almonds, pecans, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
Step 3
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the wet ingredients - the avocado oil, maple syrup, and raw honey. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir well.
Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry, stirring to mix well. Pour the granola on the prepared baking sheet, spreading to all sides of the pan.
Step 5
Bake for 22-25 minutes, stirring once about half way. Remove the granola and let it cool for 30-40 minutes before stirring. Then add chocolate chips.
Step 6
Enjoy granola as a snack, or serve it with yogurt.
