Reduce the heat to low and let the milk simmer gently for about 10 minutes. This will help thicken the creamer and enhance the flavor.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the milk cool for a few minutes.

Stir in the maple syrup or honey, starting with 1 tablespoon, and adjust the sweetness to your liking. You can add more if desired.

Once the creamer has cooled down completely, transfer it to a clean bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Store the homemade coffee creamer in the refrigerator and shake well before each use.
