Ingredients: 1 cup fresh spinach; 1 cup almond milk; 1 cup strawberries; 1/2 banana

I grew up loving strawberry milkshakes that my dad would make. This is my healthier take on that—one that fuels me up and keeps me going. We also call this smoothie Strawberry Blast.

Healthy Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Place spinach and almond milk in blender. Puree until smooth.

Yumm ... strawberry and banana plus spinach, can't go wrong with this!!

LOVE this combination, never tried it with almond milk before though, and was pleasantly surprised!

So far I am enjoying all of the smoothies… This one is delicious as well. Are used a coconut almond milk blend as the base. Delicious!

I used to get strawberry banana smoothies from Orange Julius at the mall all the time - this is like that smoothie, but SO much healthier! I'm reminiscing back to when I was a kid, love it!

I really enjoyed the strawberry blast this morning. I did a combo of strawberries and raspberries. It was a little less sweet than some of them which is perfect for me!

Great basic green smoothie. I used both frozen greens and strawberries so I needed a bit more liquid to blend. Very tasty!!

Such a classic, with a healthier twist. So creamy, I could definitely drink this one everyday!

Who does not love a strawberry smoothie?? It is a classic and I love it! It's smooth and delicious and I can drink this everyday!!

Day 10: Strawberry Blast
This was a little thin for me. I added frozen avocado to thicken and frozen grapes to sweeten. YUM

I love this simple combo of strawberries, banana and almond milk. To increase the strawberry flavor, I find it helps to either use some fresh or defrost half if using all frozen.

Super yummy!!! My husband even loved it and he doesn’t like green smoothies!!!

I loved the flavor of this one! It was a little thin, so next time I might add a little more banana, avocado or chia seeds.

Very yummy! Very light and refreshing, I did one whole banana since my bananas were small

It was kind of bland for me. I wasn’t crazy about it but did finish it. The creaminess from the almond milk did help.

I usually love this flavor combination but this time I dont think the frozen strawberries I bought are very sweet so unfortunately mine turned out very bland. I'll try again another time!

This tasted a little off to me. As much as I love strawberries, I feel like the flavor doesn't come through in smoothies much.

Nice to have a pink smoothie today.  I expected the strawberry flavor to be stronger.

Most delicious - this time of year, I use frozen strawberries for the best flavor, but I can't wait to make this when fresh, juicy, delicious strawberries are in season!  I ended up using coconut milk, which I like better than almond milk.  It was wonderful!

Simple and easy ingredients. I add more straberries to my smoothie  because I love straberries. Also add ice,chia seeds and collagen. Thanks for all this wonderful smoothies.

I actually really love this one. Since I’m allergic to tree nuts, I did Greek yogurt instead and it was delicious!

Not sure if the frozen strawberries were just tasteless or what, but didn't like this, seemed washed out :(

Loving all these smoothies. Added chia seeds and coconut oil to this one for more of a meal replacement. I don't know why but this one wasn't green. More of a dark berry color - maybe it was the frozen strawberries I used??

I used half coconut milk and have almond milk, since I had leftover coconut milk in the fridge. A healthy strawberry milk shake!

Very good... Thinking I should have made it a meal with some coconut oil and oats.  Next time!  Actually made a double batch and had two days in a row  mmm

This was quite tasty with the banana adding a nice fullness.  I think this would be really nice with some fresh sunshine ripened strawberries when the summer arrives!

I used frozen strawberries...I hate frozen strawberries. They have zero flavor. I added a beet to give it flavor. Next time I make, I’ll have to make it with fresh strawberries &amp; then it might be a 5

This is one of my all time favorite smoothies. When I am craving chocolate,  I'll add chocolate protein powder to it for an added kick.

This was one of my first smoothies. Always a good one to fall back on.

Who doesn’t love the combination of strawberries and banana. Creamy, berry goodness.

Correct if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure bananas are high glycemic index. My trainer never wanted me eating these in the morning because of that. Hope this helps

I use water and add flax seeds.  Taste great in vitamix!
