Step 1

Melt the coconut oil on the stovetop.

Step 2

Take the melted coconut oil off the stovetop and stir in the honey. Add vanilla extract and orange juice, and mix well.

Step 3

Add the above mixture to the almond flour.

Step 4

Stir in chocolate bits, slivered almonds, coarse sea salt and tangerine peels.

Step 5

Mix everything together well and make small round balls out of the mixture.

Step 6

Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes.

Step 7

Enjoy cold!
