Step 1
Add a few ice cubes in a gin balloon glass. Add a few slices of fresh cucumber to your glass then add one shot of Hendricks gin (40 ml or 4 cl).
Step 2
Add 150 ml of zero sugar tonic water. I use Schweppes Indian Tonic Zero. Garnish with one cucumber slice. If you like your gin a little more on the sour side, squeeze a few drops of lime juice into your gin tonic.Your drink is now ready. Serve immediately.
