Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch pie plate. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, cream and the olive oil. Pour this mixture into the prepared pie plate. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the egg mixture in the order listed, finishing with the cheese. Sprinkle half the cheese on top and poke it down a little so that its covered with egg mixture. Then sprinkle the rest evenly over top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, to ensure the center is set. If the cheese is browning too quickly, cover it loosely with aluminum foil. Allow to cool slightly and firm up a bit before serving warm.
