Step 1

Start With Preparation: Take some canola oil in a spray bottle and spray directly on the waffle iron surface. Turn on the griddle and allow it to heat.

Step 2

Blend Egg And Liquid Ingredients: Take three eggs white in the blender, half cup of almond milk/oats milk/fat-free milk, vanilla essence/banana flavor essence, and one tablespoon of canola oil. Blend these for 30 seconds, then add the egg yolk and mix with a spoon.

Step 3

Add Dry Ingredients And Herbalife FormulaAdd half cup of oats or oat bran, two tbsp flour ( almond or all-purpose), one tsp baking powder, salt as per taste, two scoops of Herbalife Nutrition Protein powder Mix, two scoops of formula 1 Herbalife nutrition banana caramel or vanilla flavor in the liquid batter. Now blend all these ingredients for 40-60 seconds or until a smooth batter forms. Add two tablespoons of water if the batter seems thick and blend again.

Step 4

Cook The Waffle: Now check the waffle maker; pour the batter in it if it’s heated enough. Spread the batter with the help of a spatula, shut it down, and cook for 8-10 minutes. Check the waffle is cooked inside or not with a toothpick or Woodstick. If it comes out clean, the waffles are ready. Take them out from the waffle iron keep them on a plate to chill for a few minutes.

Step 5

Topping and Serve: Now the waffles are ready to serve; you can have them with or without toppings, hot or cold, as you wish. But as you are taking these for low calories, it’s better to avoid sugar or artificial sweeteners. You can use fresh fruits like strawberries as toppings or sugar-free syrup, whatever you like.
