Step 1
Place the chicken on a cutting board. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken all over about 4 times. This helps it turn out tender and juicy.

In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, cover the chicken with the mixture, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 Minutes.
Step 3
On the Instant Vortex Air Fryer control panel, press Roast and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 400˚F (205˚C). Press Start.
Step 4
Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the chicken on the rack. Close.
Step 5
When Turn Food appears on the display, open the basket and turn the chicken over using tongs. Close.
Step 6
Once the time is up, remove the chicken with tongs. Serve hot.
