Step 2

Preheat your smoker to 115°C.

Step 3

In a cast iron skillet, mix ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper together. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add hickory wood chunks to hot coals. Place cast iron skillet on smoker and cook at 115°C for one hour.

Step 5

Remove from smoker and enjoy!
