A kimagozott meggyet feltesszük főni a kb. másfél liter vízben, beletesszük a fél citromot, a cukrot és a fűszereket.
Step 2
Amikor megpuhult a gyümölcs (cc. 20 perc), egyszerűen behabarjuk a levest. Kihűtjük, és tálaljuk. Készíthetjük vaníliás pudinggal is, tejszínnel is, kínálhatjuk fagyival, ahogy szeretjük. Én ezt az alapreceptet szeretem a legjobban, Anyukám is így készíti. :)
