Cut each mini bell pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and stems for a total of 12 pieces.

Step 2

Place a slice of bell pepper on a serving plate. Top with ¼ cup of cottage cheese. Sprinkle with feta cheese and everything bagel seasoning.
