In a very large bowl, combine 1/3 cup oats and 1 full cup of water.

Step 2

Cook in the microwave for 60 seconds. Remove and stir. Cook for another 30 seconds. Remove and stir. Finally, cook for 25 seconds, remove, and then cover the bowl with a plate for a lid

Step 3

Reconstitute peanut butter powder with a small amount of water. With oatmeal warm, add chocolate chips, peanut butter powder, and whipped cream and stir.
