Step 1

Place the noodles into a saucepan of boiling hot water and simmer to soften, drain and set aside.

Step 2

Spray a wok or large frying pan with cooking oil spray, add the pork mince and fry until lightly browned.

Step 3

Add the veggies and fry for a few minutes until tender.

Step 4

Add in the noodles

Step 5

In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients and add this into the pan.

Step 6

Mix to coat until the noodles and pork is fully coated in the sauce and heated through.

Step 7

Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.

Step 8

Serve into bowls and enjoy!!
