Step 1

Place the water, sugar and orange rind/juice in a large pot. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add the cranberries and raisins to the pot.

Step 3

Boil about 5 to 10 more minutes. Let it stand until room temperature.

Step 4

Spoon into sterilized canning jars and put on the ring/lid.

Step 5

Refrigerate immediately.
