Step 1

Add all ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form (around 5 minutes).

Step 3

Serve immediately in caramel apple trifles, dolloped onto shortcake, piped onto cupcakes, or however you like! Or, store in the fridge until ready to use.

Step 4

Yields ~2 cups whipped cream.
