Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

Combine green beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1 Tbsp. water in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.

Carefully remove tray from oven. Remove foil. Combine green beans and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves). Push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ricotta, remaining garlic salt, panko, and a pinch of pepper. Form into two equally-sized loaves.

Place loaves in empty space in tray and top with stroganoff sauce.
