instructions Preheat your oven to 300 FMelt coconut oil in the microwave until it has a liquid consistency (I highly recommend this OXO silicon measuring cup for melting coconut oil, chocolate, etc. for baking. I love mine!)Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon until everything is blended and all oats are coveredCover a large baking sheet with tin foilPour the oat mixture on the tin foil and spread out (don't worry about clumps, it's okay if they group together but make it relatively flat)Bake for 45 minutes total, stirring well every 15 minutesOnce finished, let the granola come to room temperature before storing it in an air-tight container
