Step 1
Combine all the spices in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly with ground pork. Form the sausage into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until brown and center is fully cooked.
Step 2
The spice measurements are for one pound (16 ounces) of ground pork. If you make more or less spice mix, use 1 Tbsp (or 3 tsp) of per pound of meat.
