In less than 10 minutes, you can make delicious, flavor-forward buffalo sauce that is also Whole30-friendly, Paleo, and gluten-free. Use it in recipes calling for buffalo sauce or to top shredded chicken, eggs, or roasted veggies.

Homemade Buffalo Sauce (Whole30)

Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce

tablespoons ghee* (or sub coconut oil)

coconut aminos**

apple cider vinegar

teaspoon garlic powder

teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Place a small saucepan over medium heat. Add all ingredients to saucepan. Once the ghee is melted, whisk to combine.

Transfer sauce to a glass jar with lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Made to put on air fried chicken wings tonight and loved it. I put Franks in and on a lot of dishes but I think I'll be keeping some of this in the fridge to use instead. Love Franks but made into this buffalo sauce is way better, and tastier than the Franks with just butter versions I've tried before.
