Grind wheat berries in a grain mill or other kitchen appliance. If you don't have access to this, you can use store bought cream of wheat cereal instead.

To a saucepan, add wheat cereal, milk, and pinch of salt.

Cook on medium heat for several minutes until cereal is bubbling and thickened.
