Step 1
Spray a saute pan with vegetable cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add the breakfast turkey sausage to the skillet, using a spatula to finely crumble the meat. Continue cooking until the sausage is fully cooked and crumbled.
Step 2
Preheat your oven and make the biscuits according to package directions.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the butter, flour, and pepper to the turkey sausage, stirring until combined and no longer visible.
Step 4
Gradually add the milk and continue cooking for 8-10 minutes, stirring until the gravy thickens. Once the gravy is as thick as you'd like, reduce the heat to its lowest setting to keep warm.
Step 5
This makes 8 servings with each person getting 1 biscuit and about 1/3 cup of turkey sausage gravy over the top. Each serving on Weight Watchers is 10 Points per serving. Enjoy!
