Step 1

Mix the water and the yeast together.Then add the rest of the dough ingredients.Mix with a stand or hand mixer until the dough comes together. This will take around 8 minutes.Lightly oil a bowl and add in the dough. Cover with a towl and rise for 2 hours.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients of the everyhing seasoning mixture together and set aside.I put mine on a plate for later.

Step 3

Once the dough has completely risen, take it out of the bowl and place on a lightly floured surface.Also preheat your oven to 245°C/475°F.Knead the dough into a ball and cut in half. Cut those halves into You can cut them bigger or smaller, but this is totally up to you!

Step 4

Shape each individual dough piece into a ball and flatten it slightly.Poke a hole with your finger and twist it around a few times.

Step 5

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add in the agave.I could fit only one bagel in my pot.Boil the bagels 1 minute on each side.Use a slotted spoon to transfer them to the plate with seasoning.Then transfer them to the baking tray lined with parchment paper. The seeds should be on top.

Step 6

Place in the oven for 15 minutes, or until they start to brown.
