Step 1
Add strawberries or Berries of your Choice into the magic bullet cup or a blender and purée them fully.
Step 2
Pour the mixture evenly onto the plastic or parchment paper and using your spatula make sure it is spread evenly.
Step 3
If you wish to make it a little bit more decorative, have a look at the video, where I have used a bit of blueberry mixture. I have filled that mixture into a syringe and gently pressed small dotes on a strawberry layer.
Step 4
Optional - with a thin metal stick I have further made little star-like streaks out of the dots.
Step 5
Once all of the layers are poured and spread, place them one by one on top of each other onto your dehydrator. Switch the dehydrator on for approximately eight hours.
Step 6
When your fruit roll-ups are fully dehydrated make sure you let them cool. To check, touch each of the fruit rolls with your bare hands and make sure nothing is sticky.
Step 7
Gently peel each of the layers from either plastic, parchment paper or a silicone sheet.
Step 8
The final step is to pre-cut your fruit skin. You can either roll the whole sheet and using your scissors cut into the desired size.
