Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Assemble your ingredients. #SpoonTip: If you don't have corn syrup lying around, you can substitute an equal amount of honey.
Step 2
Pour your marshmallows into a microwave-safe bowl. For reference, 2 cups is somewhere around 16 to 20 standard-size marshmallows.
Step 3
Add 1 tablespoon of corn syrup to the marshmallows.
Step 4
Microwave the marshmallows and corn syrup for 30 seconds. Make sure the marshmallows don't over-inflate or begin to burn.
Step 5
Stir the marshmallows immediately and let cool. There should be no lumps leftover in your "batter." Work quickly—the fluff will begin to stiffen as it cools. #SpoonTip: You can use a little nonstick cooking spray so your fluff doesn't get stuck to the spatula.
