Prepare a saute pan with lid and put on medium heat.

Melt the butter on the pan and then add minced garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Cook for 1-2mins and then add the soy sauce and the water.
Step 3
Next, steam the broccoli in another pan. Cover the pan and wait until it slightly softens. After this, add the cabbage and the kale and steam the veggies for about 5mins.
Step 4
The veggies should be firm and not overcooked. Toss the steamed veggies in the sauce. Transfer in a bowl and serve warm.
