Step 1
Cut rhubarb into slices.
Step 2
Pour the 151 proof grain alcohol over the rhubarb in a sealable glass container.
Step 3
Add enough alcohol to cover the fruit. Seal the glass container and let sit in a dark place for 1-2 weeks.
Step 4
Strain out the rhubarb.
Step 5
Combine equal parts simple syrup and rhubarb-infused alcohol.
