Step 1
Chop the garlic and pepperoncini but not too fine. They enhance the look of the oil and should be cut in slices
Step 2
Add all ingredients to a pan and cook in the oil but not too much! Just let the oil come close to a boil and then let it cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 3
Add the fresh Rosemary Twig to the Spice Bottle and remove the cooked one from the cooled Oil Spice Mixture. Using a filter, pour the oil slowly into the bottle. Use a chopstick or something similar to push the ingredients through the filter
