Step 1
If using fresh pineapple, peel, core, and chop into chunks. Add pineapple pieces to blender.
Step 2
If using fresh strawberries, rinse and cut off the tops before adding to the blender.
Step 3
Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Juice your 4 lemons.
Step 5
Add your blended pineapples and strawberries to a large pitcher. Add the lemon juice to the pitcher and mix together.
Step 6
Add the sugar and water to the pitcher and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Step 7
Serve over ice in a glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
