Ingredients: 1/2 c soy sauce; 1/4 c honey; 2 Tbsp cooking sherry, (or sake); 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar, (or sake); 2 Tbsp water; 1/2 tsp ground ginger; 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Teriyaki Sauce is quick and easy to make at home. Don&#x27;t reach for that store bought bottle of teriyaki sauce again with this homemade recipe! 

*Authentic teriyaki (and this homemade teriyaki recipe) is much less sweet than the teriyaki sauce found is US stores. If you need to adjust the sweetness up to suit your tastes, feel free.
