Step 1
Make the Honey Bourbon Sauce by combining all the ingredients (except Cornstarch) in a mixing jar. Shake well until combined. Keep it aside.
Step 2
Place the chicken pieces in the Slow Cooker. Pour the Honey Bourbon Sauce over it. Cover with the lid and slow cook on high for 2 hours or on Low for 4 Hours. (I prefer cooking it on low, because it makes the Chicken juicier)
Step 3
Get the Chicken pieces out of the pot. Shred the Chicken using two forks.
Step 4
Add cornstarch into the simmering sauce in the slow cooker. Stir until combined and there are no lumps left. Stir in the shredded chicken in the Crockpot. Toss to combine. Cover cook for 30 minutes on Low.
Step 5
Garnish with chopped Green Onions and serve immediately.
